From Worry to Wonder: How to Have Less Stress and More Well-Being

image

Thursday, March 25; 6:30-8:30 p.m.
1445 Stewartstown Rd., Suite 150, Morgantown WV
When it comes to worry, there’s more than meets the eye!  Worry may seem like something we can’t help doing but, in fact, we can learn to see deeper than our worries. At the source of our experience of life, there are three Principles, or truths that, once seen, guide us away from worrying about life and toward having wonder about how it’s all going to turn out. In a state of calm wonder, we more easily find wisdom and creativity for meeting the inevitable challenges of life.

If your worries are stressing you out and keeping you up at night, this workshop is for you.  Join Dr. Linda Sandel Pettit, psychologist and recovered worrier, on a light-hearted two-hour journey of learning to live with less stress and more well-being.  Take your first step toward freedom from worry!

FEE: $15
Class size is limited.  Call 304.777.4848 today to pre-register and to pay your nonrefundable workshop fee via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
