Like you, I’ve had my share of “stuff” to deal.  I’ve been married, widowed and remarried.  I’ve weathered major health challenges.  I’ve changed careers several times.  I’ve been financially strapped.  I’ve started business endeavors, failing at some, succeeding at most. I’ve parented children in these tumultuous times.  I’ve had to deal with my own moods, insecurities and life “mess-ups.” I know what it means to be depressed and to feel anxious, but I’ve also learned how to feel mostly joyful, calm and loving!
